Section 10.4 of the Lobbyists Registration Act provides that when the Registrar of Lobbyists has reasonable grounds to believe that a contravention of the Lobbyist's Code of Conduct has occurred, he shall investigate that contravention and report to Parliament. The results of those investigations and selected cases where reasonable grounds were not found, are available to the public.
Please note that the following four Investigation Reports, which were tabled before both houses of Parliament on March 19, 2007, are currently the object of an appeal before the Federal Court of Appeal.
